A family-owned and operated restaurant, Dyar Mediterranean Cuisine serves delicious authentic flavors from the Mediterranean Coast to the Middle East. Everything we serve is fresh, homemade, and served in a beautiful atmosphere with fresh produce. We have two locations on Southside (since 2009) near the UC Berkeley Campus. Our falafels melt in your mouth, and it is terrific. The pita bread is soft and lightly grilled, and the plates come with hummus, salad and rice. Our Chicken Shawarma plate tastes excellent! All our Plates come with a scoop ofKabab or chicken shawarma, a seasoned rice, small salad, four pita bread triangles, and hummus spread.
